1. Appointment Booking

  • All appointments must be booked online. You can book directly through our website for your convenience.

2. Deposit Requirement

  • A nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Please ensure you’re ready to proceed before booking your appointment.

3. Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via cash, paypal, or CashApp. A small fee will apply for card payments using our card reader.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If you fail to provide notice or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

5. Late Arrivals

  • $25 late arrival fee will be charged if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled, and your deposit may not be refunded. Please be on time to ensure we can give you the best service.

6. Touch-Up Policy

  • For braiding services, touch-ups should be scheduled within 4-5 weeks of the initial service to maintain the integrity of your style.

8. Health & Safety
